Covid-19 Update, from August 2020: I agree to follow the latest Government and dance school guidelines regarding the Covid-19 pandemic, and confirm my child will not attend any venue where Graham School of Dance teaches if they or anyone in the household shows Covid symptoms. I agree to notify the School of any symptoms in the household and the result of any subsequent test. The school may share this with the relevant authorities as necessary, and the School accepts no liability for any cases of Covid 19.

When the Government confirms that it is safe to do (ref the Covid 19 pandemic), I understand that dance, drama, music & movement are physical activities, & that the teacher/teaching assistant may have to assist my child’s understanding of an action, posture or position by physical contact (eg holding hands in a circle, correcting posture by placing hand on tummy or back etc);
The School holds ‘watch weeks’ at which you are invited to watch your child’s dance class, produces Shows which are filmed and photographed and on occasion takes photographs at examinations, Shows and other key events for Newsletters, the noticeboard, school website and social media page, and in addition we promote pupils’ success through media eg local newspapers; in order to make these available to you, and/or for your child’s class to be recorded/photographed by you/us/other parents. I confirm by signing below that I give permission for my child to be filmed/photographed, and also that any recording made by you or your family will not be for commercial use or downloaded onto the web/internet. I give permission for the dance school to hold personal data of pupils and parent such as address, email address, telephone numbers, + pupils’ date of birth, exam pin numbers and any medical/educational needs. This information is used to run Graham School of Dance including for registers, billing, quality monitoring, examination and other event planning.
